Don Taylor
Founder
Don E. Taylor, a Columbia native, started the Taylor Group in 1970. Don’s philosophy is that “where God guides, God provides” and for over 40 years God has guided him to be involved in varieties of development, construction and realty projects in and around the midlands of South Carolina. Don is a Licensed Contractor and Real Estate Broker in both South and North Carolina.
Don is very active in civic affairs including serving as former Chairman of Richland Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees; Chairman of the Richland Regional Medical Center Foundation; Member of Palmetto Place Board of Trustees; former Chairman of the Richland County Zoning Board; former Secretary of the Richland County Planning Commission. Don currently is an organizer and served on the Board of Directors of Congaree State Bank.
Don is married to the former Martha Mulville and they attend Gateway Baptist Church.

Mike Taylor
Principal
Mike Taylor, also a Columbia native, rejoins the Taylor Group after a successful career in the pharmaceutical sector where he was recognized internationally for his work as a developer and motivator of remarkably productive sales teams.
Mike is a graduate of Hammond School and Wofford College where he was a Four Year Football Letterman. Mike formally served on the Richland County Planning Commission and has over 12 years’ experience in real estate development and management. Mike is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate agent and directs the sales and marketing efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company.
Mike’s civic activities include serving as Chairman of the BestShot Foundation, Director of the Valley Baseball Academy and Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Spring Valley High School. Mike and his wife, Kim (Cosper), attend Spring Valley Baptist Church where Mike teaches the Changing Lives Sunday morning Bible Study Class. They are also the proud parents of three wonderful children.

Brant Taylor
Principal
Brant grew up in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School with Honors, then continued his education at The Georgia Institute of Technology where he attained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management. Brant has since worked in the Construction field specializing in projects ranging from Restaurants to Automotive Dealerships and Service Facilities as well as Medical Facilities.
Brant was married to Jennifer (Zubrod) in 2002 and they have two children, Joanna and Lexie.
Brant is actively involved with his Church having served on its council for two terms and serving as the councils Vice-Chair four times. Brant is an active member of the Lexington Rotary Club and has served as President, Vice President, Secretary, Sargent at Arms, and on its Board of Directors. Brant is a member of the Lexington County Library Board and has served twice as its Chairman.
